How does your RSVP service work? What if you can't secure my pair?
Using a very efficient RSVP bot running on any insanely fast server (better than your average residential server), we offer great success with Nike's Twitter RSVP system. We can RSVP most releases to a variety of participating Niketown stores in the USA, in your size, for you to pick up on release day. All we need is a full name and contact email address, local Niketown, and sneaker size. Order forms usually open two days prior to RSVP day and close the day before the RSVP at 9PM EST. All orders placed after this time will be voided. You will know on RSVP day (usually two days prior to the release), via email, if your order has been completed. To offer complete security, we do not "capture" your payment until the order is completed, and will fully refund you if we are unable to secure your pair. How do these bots work?
As sneakers are released on the Nike.com site, the Twitter page associated with the site (@nikestore) tweets links to these releases. The Nike Twitter Link Sniper automatically updates your Twitter newsfeed each second, grabs the link, and opens it for you. Any of our ATC bots will automatically add the sneaker to your cart, in the size you predetermine, and bring you to your cart to complete the sale (Supreme Bot can auto - checkout). You can add keywords (on the Nike Twitter Link Sniper, Nike Superbot, Supreme Bot, and iOS7 Bot), and when the release page opens, the bot does the rest. The Nike Superbot also has style code and early link monitors, as well as one click access to your cart.
UPDATE: While we work to get some bots into the Chrome web store, you must install them on Chrome Canary, a similar web-browsing application made for developers, or must re-install them each time you open Chrome. Does not apply to RSVP, Nike Twitter Link Sniper and ATC, Eastbay.com, Footaction.com, or iOS bots.

Do you guarantee that I will have success with every release?
We're not here to scam anyone by making faulty promises. The sad truth is: no, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve success with every release. Nobody can. Our products and services greatly improve your chance of having success with sneaker releases. There is no "success rate", but plenty of success stories!

What if a bot is patched and needs update?
This is a frequent occurrence related with Sneaker Bots. We promise to keep our one-time payment agreement, and provide updates free of charge to our customers. Patrons can visit our Updates page for more information.
The big question: do your NDC bots work with the new Captcha patch? No, they do not. We will be looking to provide updated versions in the NEAR future. Note that the Superbot will proceed with checkout after completion of the Captcha. In the interim, feel free to purchase one of our other bots.

Do these bots work with Windows as well as Mac operating systems? How about on mobile devices?
Yes, these bots work on both Windows and Mac operating systems. They are Google Chrome web extensions, which are not yet optimized for mobile devices, therefore these bots are unfortunately incompatible for mobile use.
UPDATE: Our Nike Twitter RSVP bot is an exe file, but we include link to a free, safe, and easy download that will allow you to use it on a Mac.
How does your Add to Cart service work? What if you can't secure my pair?
Using a very efficient ATC bot running on any insanely fast server (better than your average residential server), we offer great success with adding sneakers to Nike.com carts. We can add any release to your cart, in your size, for you to purchase after the job is complete. All we need is some site account credentials and sneaker size. Order forms usually close at 11:59PM EST the night before the release. Stocks are limited. Once you submit an order, you agree to not submit another service order with the specified account. Potentially, all you would have to do is sign out of your account before the release, wake up at release time (to see all of the hard work already done for you!), sign in approximately three minutes after release time (please allow up to 60 minutes for the item to be ATC and continually log in/log out until @nikestore confirms that the product is "Sold Out") or after receiving an email or SMS notification, and complete the transaction. To offer complete security, we do not "capture" your payment until the order is completed, and will fully refund you if it is confirmed that we were unable to secure your pair. In the case that your order was not completed, you will need to fill an refund request within one business day (Monday-Friday) of the release.

What is your refunding policy?
Here at Sneaker Bots, we are committed to providing 100% legitimate service for our customers. Our main goal is to provide effective sneaker release products, to aid in the process of acquiring releases. These are digital goods, therfore we cannot provide general refunds. If at any time a bot ceases to work, we are committed to help customers get it back to it's working state, or their money back. If a bot requires update, we offer customers a complimentary bot (of equal or lesser value) in the interim. If a bot is in a working state, in which it does the job it is tasked with, we are not committed to providing refunds. Factors like internet connectability and dynamic delay play a role, and we are not held responsible for failed attempts at acquiring releases. If an RSVP confirmation DM is received, we are not committed to providing refunds. If an ATC service is completed, in which we have proof that the sneaker was successfully added to cart in your desired size, we are not committed to providing refunds. If an order form is incorrectly submitted (or not submitted), you will be refunded. If Nike experiences any technical difficulty and a release is rescheduled, we will reattempt the service for all failed accounts. We are not responsible if you fail to log in. Failure to comply with any of our terms of service is not our responsibility either. We provide release products and services, not retail goods. We are an RSVP/ADD TO CART service only.
How do early links work?
Early links are made live approximately three minutes before release time. When live, you are given an advantage at acquiring releases. We suggest using one of our online bots with early links for greater success with releases. They do not guarantee success, and are susceptible to change (very rarely), neither of which we can take responsibility for.

How does the iOS 7 bot work?
Our Nike iOS 7 bot works with all iOS 7 compatible devices. It snipes Twitter links from @nikestore and bypasses the captcha to automatically add to cart in a pre-determined size. It allows for keywords to be added as well. This bot can be installed for FREE on jailbroken devices (using AppSync from Cydia), otherwise it will cost £11.99/year via RegMyUDID to install AppAddict (now for non-jailbroken devices as well).
UPDATE: We are currently working to upgrade to an iOS 7+ bot. The iOS 7 bot is out of commision.

How does your unlimited early link subscription work?
Our unlimited early link subscription, which is a one-time purchase, will give you access to a folder where we share all of the early links that we distribute on this site. We suggest that your bookmark this link and be sure to not lose it. All you'll need to do is open the folder a few minutes before the release, find the release you're looking for, and get the link.

Can I resell your products?
The answer is no. The resale of our products is strictly prohibited. If found to be doing so, one will be removed from our database, thus eliminating one's chance to receive future updates. If you are interested in partnering with us in business, visit our affiliates program page. Please note that we do allow the use of our products for business purposes though.

How does your affiliate program work?
As an affiliate, you partner in business with us. You can refer customers to any of our products or services, and will receive a commission for each sale.
